Bum

San Diego. California. USA. The dog arrived in San Diego as a stowaway in the steamship Santa Rosa, and chose the city as his home. Nevertheless, he went on being a friendly and happy dog, becoming so popular that the city proclamed him the Official Town Dog.

In his honor, a park named after him was created; his statue sits on a metal bench next to his favorite hang-out.
